MANY ST. LOUISIANS COMING FORWARD WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION WITH "THE PROGRAM" AS THE NEW EXTENSION BILL IS PASSED BY PRESIDENT OBAMA TO CONTINUE THE PATRIOT ACT , WHICH FUNDS THE LOCAL ,ILLEGAL USE OF HARASSMENT AND CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IN THE 'FIGHT ON TERRORISM" TARGETED TOWARD ST. With the recent signing of the continuation of the Patriot Act, the Department of Justice has initiated a extreme examination of the local uses (MORE LIKELY,MISUSES)
of the patriot Act, especially in the St. Louis region.

Because of the many allegations of extreme civil rights violations coming from the Kirkwood,Maplewood, and Richmond Heights areas of St. Louis County (as well as many other ares in metro St. Louis ), the Department of Justice has initiated mediation and investigations, especially in the Kirkwood, Missouri area.

This stems from the horrific shootings occurring between a Kirkwood citizen and the Kirkwood local government, which gained national attention.

For almost ten years, especially since the nationally televised beating of a person of color by Maplewood,Missouri cops, the eyes of the Department of Justice have been on the St. Louis and St. Louis county areas.

With the government investigations of corruption of police and officials in the city of St. Louis, to the investigations in St. Louis county, many of the participants of the illegal harassment and civil rights violations conducted by "THE PROGRAM" are feeling the heat, and coming forth to local media about "The Program" and it's activities.

  1. Gangstalking is a myth. But its still happening. You have to ask yourself how? How does it work? Are you being stalked, harassed, chemtrailed or mind controlled? Can't figure out what is going on? This is what they are doing, and this is how they do it. Open your eyes.
