FBI BROKE LAW FOR YEARS IN PHONE RECORD SEARCHES

WASHINGTON POST ARTICLE ON THE MISUSE OF THE PATRIOT ACT:

This is a VERY significant break in the misusue of the Patriot Act , and especially in the vicious disregard for American civilians.

In the last eight years, american citizens have had their civil rights literally disappear in the name of "the fight on terror".

This new revelation is that EMERGENCY REQUESTS were used to gain access to a person's bank records,Internet usage, cable usage,as well as phone records.

these requests were made on American citizens who, with no other facts to back it up, were SUSPECTED of terrorist activities.

In essence, ANYBODY WAS FINGERED FOR THESE PROCEDURES.

No search warrant, judge approval, nothing, just speculation.

IS THIS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?
