With the recent mass shooting in St. Louis, one has to wonder what type of pressure would force a seemingly normal citizen of St. Louis, who lived in one of the most established neighborhoods in the St. Louis county area,what would make such a man snap to the point of committing this horrible act against society, and then ending his life?
If one looks at the gang stalking tactics ( links on this available at the bottom of the blog), the most insidious form of gang stalking is to drive their target to the point of killing others, then taking their own lives.
This is one of the perfected techniques used against targets established by people who participate in gang stalking, especially the gang stalking system that is in place in St. Louis right now, called "The Program".
What it entails: drive the target insane thru gang stalking, to the point where they commit such a act of horror as witnessed last week.This would justify any type of revelation n this type of harassment to the particular target, thus establishing a viable "REASON" and 'JUSTIFICATION" for the harassment of the target.look at the atrocity that they committed by killing innocent people in their rage.
The ultimate goal is to cause the target to then kill themselves.What a perfect way to get rid of the target, thus keeping the target from revealing the level of harassment and civil rights violation that would cause such a nrmal citizen to snap in this factor.
There has been more and more of this occurring in the st. Louis area, and one can not help but connect the dots.
In the last 10 years or since The Patriot Act was put into affect by god ol' boy John Ashcroft, a native Missourian), there have been six of these instances of St. Lousisians going on these rampages.

"THE PROGRAM" is what the gang stalking phrase that is used in St. Louis, and quite possibly in other places where this form of social control and terrorism is
practiced on American citizens.

AND WHAT IS GANGSTALKING?
Gangstalking is derived from The Patriot Act.
The Patriot Act has given local police and fire deparments access to militay surveillance, to which they then use on American civilians.
Thanks to Missouri's Own John Ashcroft, local municipal services are nwo a part of the NATIONAL "FIGHT ON TERRORISM".
Which means, folks, that the local cops and firemen just joined the UNITED STATES MILITARY.
AND GUESS WHAT NEW TOYS THEY GET TO PLAY WITH?
Now here comes the truly evil part of all this:
It seems that local "community watch groups" found out that they ,TOO, COULD BE A PART OF THE "FIGHT ON TERRORISM".
So they started to use surveillance equiptment directly from the military on , well, their neighbors.
Local banks were granted the authority to generate SAR's
on local branch customers.
And what are SAR's?
This is the truth and the new law:
If a LOCAL,BARELY EDUCATED EVERYDAY BANK TELLER DEEMS ANYTHING HE OR SHE THINKS RANKS AS "SUSPICIOUS" BEHAVIOR FROM A CUSTOMER,THEY CAN FILE THIS "SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORT" ON THEM.
OR YOU.
ON ANYBODY.
This form , folks, suddenly turns YOUR LIFE into:
being on the "no fly list"
put on a list for investigation by, well, ANYBODY, from private agencies to , and including, all branches of federal investigation
profiling by the person's neighborhood "protection groups" and by the local police and fire departments (firemen REALLY love this game, and play it often in gangstalking)
searches of the person's mail and internet activities
phone taps
AND FINALLY
complete access to your financial papers BY ANYONE CLAIMING THEY ARE INVOLVED IN THESE "INVESTIGATIONS"
